Shipping is free on all chameleons.

We ship overnight Monday - Wednesday. This ensures that a potential delay does not last through the carrier break over the weekends.

 

We will personally arrange a shipping date with you. Just let us know what works best for you, and we’ll figure it out together.

 

Live arrival & 2-week health guarantee:

 

We guarantee the health and liveliness of your chameleon. It is entirely our responsibility to make sure they show up alive and healthy. If there are any issues, we will help to get them back on track.

 

In the unlikely scenario that there are carrier delays or they show up and don't meet your expectations for any reason, we are accountable for them. We will work with you to stabilize them or we will offer to send you materials to return them to us for a full refund.

 

Quality & accuracy guarantee:

 

The photos of all chameleons available for sale are always natural and unedited. The chameleon you see in the photos will be the chameleon you receive. We are always more than happy to send more photos as well. Just let us know.
